Join our experienced rural team and work with a wide variety of clients across South Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor looking to build their career within an established independent firm, advising on rural property, agricultural land and estate management.
About the role
You’ll provide professional advice to a broad range of private clients, landowners and businesses, helping them make informed decisions about their property. No two days are the same, with a varied workload that combines office-based work with regular site visits across the region.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing rural property valuations and professional advice
- Managing landlord and tenant matters
- Supporting the sale and purchase of farms, land and rural property
- Advising on estate management and diversification opportunities
- Preparing reports and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across our surveying and agency teams
What we’re looking for
- MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification)
- Experience within rural surveying or estate management
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
