Join our lettings team and take responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties across the South Hams, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy.
About the role
You’ll provide professional advice to a broad range of private clients, landowners and businesses, helping them make informed decisions about their property. No two days are the same, with a varied workload that combines office-based work with regular site visits across the region.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties
- Arranging repairs and maintenance with contractors
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
- Managing deposits, renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
What we’re looking for
- Experience within residential lettings or property management
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
