About the role
You’ll provide professional advice to a broad range of private clients, landowners and businesses, helping them make informed decisions about their property. No two days are the same, with a varied workload that combines office-based work with regular site visits across the region.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and submitting planning applications
- Researching planning policy and site constraints
- Liaising with local authorities and clients
- Supporting appeals and pre-application advice
- Assisting senior consultants on larger projects
What we’re looking for
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- An interest in rural and residential development
- Strong written and research skills
- Full UK driving licence
