About the role
You’ll provide professional advice to a broad range of private clients, landowners and businesses, helping them make informed decisions about their property. No two days are the same, with a varied workload that combines office-based work with regular site visits across the region.
What you’ll be doing
- Advising clients on commercial sales and lettings
- Carrying out inspections, valuations and market appraisals
- Negotiating terms with tenants, buyers and their agents
- Preparing marketing material and reports
- Building relationships with local businesses and landlords
What we’re looking for
- Experience within commercial agency or a related discipline
- MRICS qualified or working towards qualification
- Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
- Full UK driving licence
